Aye, most definitely. Norway is still lacking when it comes to fast internet, despite being one of the early pioneers, and unless you're living in the centre of Oslo then the speeds usually don't get much higher than 60Mbit.

Indeed the best thing would be to come to Poland. Fast internet, pretty girls and relatively lower cost of life..I mean, what could I ask for more, it's teh paradise!  |

Ive got 100/100 - but we're getting upgrade to 1TBit by the end of the year...but I have no idea what I need that fast connection for..
shitloads of new stuff in my pc. Cant keep track of it all.
