Seems like the majority now thinks that he is a psychopath with a crazy agenda, not in a psychosis. But when thats said, he is probably mentally ill... but its kinda strange how different specialists have very different reports on him. Makes you wonder how reliable these psychiatrics really are..

The "best" thing that could happen to him (from the rest of the world point of view) would be if someone snipped the nerves from the neck so he'd become completely paraplegic. That way he'd lay in a bed the rest of his life without anything to do but stare on the roof and contemplate how the rest of his miserable life will be like.

Or you could just kill him with CO and be done with it. I see no point to 'torture' him with jail. He is a horrible person, so just end it. People make this more complicated then it needs to be.

I actually agree with Mchart. I'm against the death penalty, but cases like this really are exceptions to the law, wouldn't be right to judge him as a regular criminal (or even as insane, whatever). What he did is closer to a war crime.
So what will probably happen to him? 30 years in prison?

Mchart got to understand that Norway is Norway... way to liberal. So realistically he will be locked away forever. The sentence doesn't matter... even tho 21 year is maximum sentence in Norway people can be sentenced to "forvaring" for life. So this circus going around is really not necessary... really 10 weeks to clear it all up?! Tax payer money you say? Of course... most expensive case ever :/
Watch the documentary about Bastø. Rapists and whatnot living totally free on the Island.
Its more of an rehabilitation to make them ready for the life outside... well in this case off the Island. People that are allowed to serve out there is really lucky tho, because there is only one prison island like that.

I've always found the term war crime to be extremely hypocrital, all wars are crimes for the innocent or the ideologically neutral.
