Time for a long overdue motha'fuckin' vacation.

Don't matter where, I'm a honey badger up in this piece, don't give a shit.

Was thinking Sicily, unless you guys tell me amazing things out in the world I should see instead?

Really looking for the most epic fucking beach I can find, among other things to see and do.

HIT ME WITH INFOS GENTS. Shocked

I've been to Sicily a year ago, I had a really great time there. Excellent weather and very friendly people, amazing local cuisine, and some nice monuments to see as well.

A word of warning though- most of the hotel staff and the locals barely speak ANY English. They're a lot better in German and Russian though.

Not sure I should be recomending my own country, but fuck it.

Go to any city on the Croatian coast and you'll find crystal clear seas, beautiful beaches, great food.
Specificaly, go to Dubrovnik, where, along with the abovementioned, you get to see where parts of Game of Thrones was filmed Very Happy

Yeah, I am quite a fun of Croatia as well. Been there couple of years ago and had a very nice time. Been to Korcula and Dubrovnik. Nice Islands, not too touristic, but you really have everything you need. Nice nature, some monuments, quiet beaches, perfect sunny weather but not too warm.

Same goes Eastern countries around the Black Sea. Know some people who have been there and they really recommended it as a more relaxed alternative to Spain or France which is becoming sooooo crowded. + the Eastern girls or more spectacular Wink

especially the fish!

I recommend Croatia aswell, because its cheaper, not overrun by tourists (if you dont go the biggest cities), the landscapes and the coasts are more "virgin", as in not completely cluttered with hotels (well some beaches are, but not all of them). I recommend not going to the bigger cities. But maybe thats just mel.

I found it important to read a little about recent croatian historical and political events, just to be sure not to say displaced things and to understand a little about the people there. I have experience both very nice people (especially the youth) and moody people, but its mainly (I think) do to how their accent sounds in english.

Did they finish filming of the whole season?

I think that they're done with season two. There might be shots of Kings Landing in later episodes, but that's about it I think.

If you're looking for clean sea and great beaches you can't go wrong with Sicily, so many places to visit, all interesting. I prefer Sardinia though, not hard to understand why Very Happy

It's pretty expensive though

Oh, why was it the best?

Im from Northern Europe and I've always wanted to see a vastly different climate and some of the animals indigenous to Africa. We spent two weeks at a resort at Kruger National Park and then ten days in Cape Town. I was with my parents and my kid brother and we had some truly terrific days from river safaris, watching huge herds of Hippopotamuses with little baby Hippos as well to whales meeting to mate at Cape of Good Hope. The trip to Robben Island was also a very strong experience. We were on a guided tour by one of the prisoners incarcerated with Nelson Mandela and who now lived on the Island and worked as a guide.

I literally didn't have a bad experience, it seemed that every trip or event was a great time.

It became a wall of text and I'm just now remembering things that were so awesome that I wanna include them(like walking the Kruger park on foot, eating dinner in kruger safari park, table top mountain) but shouldnt because most have already fallen off by now Laughing

Also my father was born in South Africa and we went and visited the church where he was baptized and the daughter of the priest was there, so that was a pretty remarkable coincidence as well and a great memory.
