What are the advantages of using Chrome over Firefox?

Dunno, but FF 11 seems to make problems with youtube clips lately. I've noticed serious stuttering every couple seconds. The worst part that there is no solution for this annoying issue. Even the developers are speechless. Some saying that adobe flash player is one to blame but why IE9 is working without hickups? I'm afraid I have to abandon FF Sad

It's faster, has a cleaner UI and doesn't seem to eat as much resources. That's not a huge issue, given how much RAM people have and how well Win7 uses memory, but it doesn't change the fact that FF is a needless hog.

Well, that means I have to stick with IE9 until they find a fix. Sad

The Sync function with FF is awesome, if I add a bookmark on one PC it will automatically be added to any other PC that I have synced to my FF account. Also other things can be stored in the cloud, like history, login details etc...

Does Chrome have anything like it? I would consider switching browsers if it does.

Honestly, I can't see the difference regarding performance between FF and IE9. Well, actually IE9 has a faster cold start than FF. If we disregard the toolbar issue in IE9, I would say that IE9 is a decent browser. Oh, and I miss ADblock plus in FF but Ad muncher seems to work excellent as well. Wink

That's why I've been using Opera Smile

Syncs with my phone as well as between my multiple OS's and systems and has done so for years (long before Chrome and FF added this shit). I've grown so used to it and use it so much that I really cannot be bothered to switch to something else Smile

That and the speed. Starts as fast as Chrome, renders as fast and it's in fact faster in JS-heavy websites Razz

I usually have 3 or 4 tabs open most of the time. Sometimes I might have up to 20 open but as soon as I have got all the information I need I close them.
