Been sleeping under a rock, have you? Since there's been home computers, there's been sex games. If anything, there's less sex games now than there used to be 10-15 years ago. The likes of 3D Sex Villa (or something like that) used to be pretty well known and what about Virtual Valerie, a game made in the mid 90's?
If anything, I'd say that sex games these days at least add some substance instead of simple being a weak excuse to watch naked girls.
For what it is, it certainly doesn't look that bad. At the very least it'll be the first of its kind that isn't ruined by eastern art style and ridiculously poor translation.
I've got to side with the dev on this one - the industry is fucking ridiculous when it comes to any sort of adult theme. It's corrupting our children (but all those other things aren't).
