Do you notice when girls stare at your crotch or other areas? Some notice (and either like it or don't), others don't. It comes down to how aware they are of the surrounding people, and how much they want to be aware.

Don't you have any girly friends? Ask one of them and be amazed! They do notice. As for the crotch staring analogy. I highly doubt any girl can stare so hard at a crotch when compared to a guy seeing ass or tit.
