I really enjoyed GT5 since I stopped thinking of it as the old "Real Driving Simulator" and just played it as an arcade racer, it has plenty of faults but it's still - to me - incredibly entertaining. There's a lot of brouhaha about GT6 now and I don't understand why, the PS1 had GT1+2, the PS2 had GT3+4 and now the PS3 will have GT5+6, not to mention the 3 years it has been since GT5 was released and five years since GT5 Prologue.
It's going to be interesting to see how 6 differs from 5 though, I hope PD concentrated on bringing more "premium" models to the game, that way we're not stuck with a large percentage of ugly, low-poly, no-dash, cars.

You can bet that it was developped for PS4 in mind from the get-go. It makes sense for them to make a PS3 version because of its userbase. But a PS4 version will probably follow 4-5 months after it.
Another possibility, since its a GT game, it will be delayed until late 2014 and the PS3 version will be scrapped alltogether.

not sure how i feel about this. GT5 was a big disappointment to me. compared to forza3/4, It felt like dinosaur with retarded design decisions (not all cars equally detailed, not all cars had cockpit view and list goes on). doubt they will be able to catch up to forza4, let alone forza5, but we'll see.

You don't need to be a gran turismo hater to laugh about GT5.
70$ budget, 80% of content recycled from PS2, overhyped outdated physics, no damage and a career mode that would bore me to death (although I admit that some people probably like GT5's career mode and dislike what Forza and Shift do).

yes, gt5 is still fun to drive, but it was a big dissapointment to me,let see gt6 will have less hype.

Supposedly they're talking about making it cross-platform, it will launch on PS3 and then they have a "PS4 version in mind"

Demo available now.
First impressions all over the net are not good. Framerate problems, stuttering, bland interior view and mediocre gfx are the main complaints.

i just played a couple of races and haven't had any performance problems whatsoever.. the graphics are alright. the cars look pretty nice, everything else not so much.
