It seems like a good idea to me, it's a good competitor to city of heroes, I personally think marvell RPG's are fucking amazing, DC would be just as good.

Gamespot key giveaway for anyone interested. I got mine a few min ago, intend to check it out. Download is 13.1 GB.
It seems it is "North America" only, I'm in Canada and it said it wasn't available had to use a US proxy to get the key. Registration and else worked fine without.

well... all I needed was to ask a friend in the US to get me a key... so I am downloading as well...

Thanks for the heads up - got a key - would have surely missed it otherwise!
While I have no doubt this is going to be mediocre game-play wise (console MMO  ) it has got some awesome voice talent going for it:
Jennifer Hale (best VG voice-over artist bar none) , Michelle Forbes (deep sultry voice), Mark Hamill (THE Joker), and certainly not least Summer Glau, Adam Baldwin, and Gina Torres (WOOT for the cast of Firefly getting semi-back together! )
I hope they don't disappoint, because this is all the game has going for it in my eyes.

Well, downloaded the 13 gigs only to get to the World Selection screen and be greeted by a blank list (US side). Magical...

you dont need to use a direct ip for proxy to get a key just use one of them enter the url shit things worked for me

Has anyone used the stop button on download yet to use bandwidth for something else, i see there is a option set to curb the rate but does it stop it or just pause it and carry on later? its not very clear
