tell your friend to get l4d2. has the same maps as l4d1 and its better.

Ya I know this, but L4D is still better IMO, doesn't have the new campaigns which were meh, just a bunch of gas collecting. Doesn't have the annoying jockey and charger. Game mechanics seemed to have changed. |

Sorry, but nowadays there is NO reason to play L4D1 instead of L4D2.
Like said you get all the campaigns in L4D2 too now. And the multiplayer is probably more active then in L4D1.

The guy want's L4D, not 2... How hard is it to understand that, instead of trying to force him into buying something else...

Jesus lol, its apparent people can't readmitted grasp the concept of what I said twice. Left 4 dead 2 campaigns suck, they changed the game mechanics as well as the charger and jockey are permenant which are just annoying instead of challenging.
