Finished playing it , looks nice..some minor gfx improvements and tweaks. Choosed Role Playing option ofc , skill menus looks like in ME2 with some minor changes. You have character screen with all the options available , tutorial mission and one additional mission after that..lots of action from the start. Combat and the game in general feels the same ( ME 2 ) , maybe some minor changes here and there. Some dumb AI reactions , nothing serious tho..
Thanks for the info man There is really no turning back to ME1 because kids got to love the series too So more action than RPG like ME2 it looks like.
Yeah , but it's playable..story was interesting to me , gonna play it to finish the story.. I hope it's the end.. Cutscenes are nice with some epic music , but that was the case with previous one too..I enjoyed that also..
Maybe you rushed the demo? Probably not, anyway im waiting for full version... its getting close!!
I finished it and took my time , couldn't have been longer than an hour. Just a guess as I didnt keep track. Im glad they let you turn of all those gimp HUD pointers and hints etc in the menu. I think the GFX style has a more darker tone over ME2, it may be a little cleaner / smoother to play also. Been awhile since I finished ME2, so its hard to tell. Rex looked like he had sharper textures in the cut scenes. It will never reach the awesomeness that was ME1, but I will still enjoy finishing the series

sorry: jsut saw ashley in that gameplay video... WHAT THE FUCKING FUCK FUCK. She was looking so good in me1 and 2.. Voice is the same but person is completly different. I could understand only hair but she had a plastic surgery of face, bottom and tits ..
I will play it for the story. But still lets hope it won't be disaster... looks like mainstream space show as for now... and that comes from person who loves 2 first games
edit: I also hope there will be a start editor to select important choices from ME1 and ME2. I have my paragon saves on 360 but Its quite much to replay 3 games one after another, just to see it as a renegade etc

the technical aspects and cinematography during conversations seems better than ever before, but the aesthetic side of it doesn't appeal to me in the slightest.
ashley looks like a completely different, and much less attractive (imo) person, and that new character looks like a gorilla. even shepard looks a bit weird for some reason (probably changes in the engine).
