I want to ask if there is an way to convert ntsc games to pal?

Over here theres a little thingy that was developed for the ps1.. it plugs into your tele and converts the signal to pal.. it also works on the ps1.. i paid about 3 quid (5 dollars?) for it

im sure you can get the same thing over there

There's a WIDELY-AVAILABLE program that can do this for the ps2. It's called PS2.NTSC.to.PAL.VMode.XChanger. I think this is the right program, but i'm not sure? I have an NTSC tv, and i need a PAL.to.NTSC.
