We are fortunate enough to live in a world and time where a rover stuck to a solid fuel rocket travels to another planet of our solar system, scouting, gathering data and researching habitability for a possible manned mission to Mars.
I feel as though I am a wee bit too overjoyed for this.
Here's hoping it lands safely and completes its mission.
