Well today, my thermometer showed 36°C and that's in the shadow 
The air temp inside the house was 28.5°C-29°C and I don't have air condition...

It's similar in my town as well, 37-39 C here today. I can barely breathe, give me from -20C to 15 C and I'll be happy.
Summer temperatures shouldn't rise above 25C.
I'm sweating like all hells and can't sleep, it only gets slightly colder here at 3 AM or so. I usually can sleep at 1-2 AM, but with this weather, I simply cannot. And when I wake up in the morning, my and the whole bed is covered with sweat. I can't stand it.

Hell, just the other day we hit 44° and in the shop it was ~54°. Fucking America, even the temperature is an asshole. Especially here in, "The Bible Belt." Fuck this place and fuck this heat. Even with A/C, my house was a balmy 30° since there wasn't even enough wind to blow the heat away from the condenser/compressor. I had to result to running a sprinkler on it to keep it from blowing the circuit breaker constantly. Luckily, my office has a window unit in it and it stays ~20° on days like that (and that's with a plasma tv, a tube guitar amp, and my main pc/rig running all at once). Thanks to that and water cooling, my office stays nice and cool.
Still, I spend over 11 hours a day in the shop working so it evens out more than I'd like...
