Haven't a clue mate, I've got a anti virus, spyware protector, done all the scans and it found nothing.
I need to tighten up my passwords going to change them now and write them on some paper, i normally use just 3 passwords for all my sites but for my main ones I'll need some crazy passwords and write them down.
Never had these types of hacked account b4 ever.

Again, you obviously either have
A.) Something on your box that someone is using to get this shit with.
or (and more likely)
B.) Someone is sitting on the same network and is just using software like wireshark to capture all your login info and potentially man in the middle.
As I recall you are sharing the same WLAN with people. For over half a year now your accounts keep getting hacked. The very first time an account of mine got hacked I would have stopped using that WLAN.

How about not using one password for all, that equals your username. Your password can't be a normal english word anyway, the chances of you spelling it properly would make it impossible to guess for a hacker
On a serious note, if you had different passwords, chances are good that you have a keylogger/backdoor on your pc.
Your best option in that case: changing all your passworts on a clean computer and formatting your system and not backing up any executables and archives with executables in them.

Don't you have the Steamguard thing on? Unless you use the same passwod for Origin, Steam and your e-mal, there's no way you could have been hacked.

Steamguard can be fooled if someone is sitting on the same WLAN/LAN and capturing packets.

Pick an AV with good detection rates. MSE is one. Is it the same pass for both accounts?
Edit - Like Prumpry said a reformat is better |
I just bought a new pc mate, put it all together and downloaded like updates that take forever on my internet 10 meg connection it would take forever if i done a reformat.

see, this is why you dont make 'password' your password for EVERY. SINGLE. ACCOUNT. YOU. CREATE!
that said, i got my account stolen once. surprisingly nothing was gone when i got it back. but yeah, steam support loves to take its sweet time. when dealing with steam, one has to, unfortunately, expect poor customer support. its how its always been. usually they resolve your problem satisfactorily, but they virtually ALWAYS take a VERY long time doing it... its a bit of a joke really.
i bet if you contacted them asking to buy a hat, theyd respond pretty fucking quick-smart though
