After the format Utorrent has been putting all my new torrents on "stopped" after about 20 sec after start. This only happens once for every torrent. Ive googled the shit out of it but no one else seems to have it. :S

going to beta version seems to have fixed it. Why would have resetting seeding goal fixed it. Also, how do you reset it? there are only values i can change for it.
