According to IGN
first fourth and fifth aren't even RPG's. Vampire Bloodlines isn't even on the list, Fallout 3 is in the top ten.

Personally I would not classify it as being an rpg, but to some people being able to allocate stat points does an rpg make.
It's got no place in a top 10 however. |

How did The Witcher 2 make it and not Witcher 1? Where's Tourment, Icewind Dale.
I'm surprised to see Mario RPG on there though. That game was actually a lot of fun.
Also...where the fuck are the Elder Scrolls games?
@Leo, EVE Online is on the list. Bottom left above the Fallout games.

Fallout 3 instead of F1/2 (hell, even Vegas), Diablo II, Pokemons, World of Warcraft
no Modern Warfare? It has a story and you gain perks/better stats ..it's a RPG. 
edit: I won't comment on FF because I don't like them/jRPGs in general.

true gaming review sites sadly cannot survive today. you have to sell out and give out 90+ grades to teenage hits or you hit the dirt.
true reviews are found on sites where actual players submit reviews. that's where worthy reviews are nowadays.

In my book, PS:Torment is the greatest RPG ever made. If it was possible i'd take a dump on their top, they rated it on 13th place. Fallout New Vegas on 89th place ? Go fuck yourselves, you have no idea what a RPG is in the first place...

Saw this a while back, didn't care to post it because as Spidey said; their list gave me cancer.
I'm a HUGE FF fan, you guys know this, but even *I* am not retardedly fanboy enough to call FFVI the "best RPG ever made" -- and the fact that Diablo 3 is on that list but Vampire Bloodlines isn't? Bin.

Vampire Bloodlines is cheap bugged shit. You don't even have quest markers, too many useless dialogues, the levels are messy and confused, shooting is flawed (no ADS/autoaim? come on  ) and superpowers suck.
Pokemons ftw!
