What I heard is that it's a Dynasty Warriors - Hokuto No Ken crossover.
Like the Gundam thing (which sucked).
Well and too be honest unless there are massive amounts of exploding heads and blood everywhere this sucks.
Come on, the Hokuto Hyakuretsu Ken or North Star Hundred Crack Fist is Kenshiro's trademark move and it always ends in people exploding in a bloody mist.
So unless there is endless amount of blood and it's rated M or 18+ or whatever rating system you like I just can't be good.
But, I am nevertheless intrigued.

IGN just says Q3 2010.

this game is shockingly bad, like, a really bad beat them up awkwardly up-resed from a PS2 game into this generation... It's not even down loadable game quality, it's just flat out bad... I'm quite impressed with how someone managed to create a full game that is this jam packed with crap. Btw, I did enjoy the anime.

ive played this game a month ago, and its not god, i deleted after 1 hour, its multi player oriented, sigle player is boring, slash slash no story.

 it is the most fun game i have ever played , but dissing the Fist of the North Star a cult classic is a crime
