The pilot was decent imho.
It hasn't hooked me yet but i'll continue watching it to see where it goes. Hopefully it doesn't turn out to be crap.

I have yet to see a poster of him in costume.
Obviously it's aimed at females ages 15-40.

and thats why its not called green arrow, but just arrow.
this way he can wear black and look like a gangsta, apparently green is gay.
btw, one of the lamest superheros ever, batman-esque backstory and character,
but limited to one shitty weapon.
i always hated him, and now i hate him even more for getting a show.

You do realize women will watch just about anything if it has a "hot" half naked guy.
It's pretty obvious the way they're marketing this who their target audience is.

Watched the pilot and it seems interesting, definitely more dark than what i thought it would be. I agree with Vaifan; keep the romantic bits at a minimum and expand on the Arrow theme and plot, and this could turn out to be something good down the line.

Watched the first 6 episodes, thought it was pretty good, I like the darker part, and the narration part (reminds me Max Payne :DDDDD). Definitely better than Smallville. The characters are mysterious and interesting.
Specially intriguing is how his best friend will become the main villain, how the lawyer girlfriend will become a super hero, how his sister will become his sidekick... Etc...
Definitely hooking me, if you are a super hero fan, you will like this for sure !
PS : I didn't have ANY expectation watching this, which probably helped. Thought it would suck more than Smallvile...

Interesting, thanks for that. I'll check it out.
edit: the first two eps were enjoyable. Nothing to be impressed about, but worth the watch. The main actor is pretty good and it's mature. Two things that put me off are the irritating narration and the main actress doing a shitty job.
The fourth ep was really bad, amateur hour. Atleast they don't drag things out, a major plus. Compared to most shows of its kind, this one moves at superspeed.
