Agree about the last Bond game, I didn't even finish it. I finished the one before that (not talking about goldeneye remake) and was pretty average... 6/10. So im expecting this to be about the same.

mini review : just finished Goldfinger in about 1h15 (really short ) in medium difficulty (but auto regen mode, sorry ).
So :
framerate is indeed sometimes dropping, but 90% of the times it's running at 60fps, FSAA 4X, just like goldeneye 007 reloaded. So graphics are kinda meh, although Fort Knox is really nice.
gameplay : plays just the same as goldeneye 007, except they added some (shitty) quick time event where you need to melee sometimes, which are completely useless and too easy... it plays well for a FPS, nothing amazing.
sound : well, you'll be chilled when you will hear the Goldfinger theme through the game, so i'm sure you will love it. Voice acting : i can't comment about the original voice actors since it was dubbed in french here (and wasnt the original dubbers at least...).
Overall : nothing amazing, if the game didnt have the 007 license, I would have said it's a generic FPS, kinda meh. But it is 007, so if you liked Goldeneye 007 Reloaded, you will like it too... It's a time killer, it's not GOTY, but it's fucking 007 !

Thanks for the quick review cyclone! Good to know it's at least decent enough to give a go; I didn't expect much outside of the 007 licence, but that's just fine.

This one was a great surprise because I expected so little The game got better and better especially towards the end. It felt like a COD game... aka fun short ride, lots of nice visuals during the scripted sequences, I was actually like WTF... is this a bond game at times. Huge level variation, with decent gfx.
Id say the game is about 4-5 hours long, so if you got some spare time after all these other AA games, check it out | its longer , on 007 difficulty i needed 1h just to get to Fort Knox [map 4]
but yeah its a great game , that remake Golden Eye was shit but this ... its feels like a Tryarch COD game ...

Come on, they're almost identical. Even the interface is the same, and half of the weapons too I guess. Although it gets more fast-paced at fort knox yeah.
Anyway, what are you supposed to do in the skiing mission? The chick just speeds away and I can't catch up even if I don't hit any rocks and trees.
Today I didn't even need to use my AK. I gotta say it was a good day. (c) - Ice Cube

I still think Quantum of Solace from Treyarch was better, but this one is good too.

the only thing bugging me is that SKYFALL and its 2 maps single player is a DLC
