This new place where I'm interning for a month is filled with women and they keep talking in such an annoying and terrible way.

To make matters worse, I'm not even spared at lunch. It's a small cafeteria and the guy to girl ration is 4:20 all the while us
guys eat in silence while hearing a constant bla bla bla which continues on to my desk area.
And no, none of them are great. They are all on the wrong side of 20 so no FHITB.
26 days left....anymore of this nonsense and I'll be filled with estrogen.
I saw things like that in here and in other "woman problems" topics so...... Am I the only one that thinks some authorities needs to be alerted about Saner and him possibly being a rapist and/or kidnapper ?

Couldn't stand to work with women, that's why I quit my old job. I don't mind to work with women, but if the majority of co-workers are women it's just too much, at least for me. 40+ hours a week with 3 women in an office is just too much. Best thing to happen was 3 weddings happening within one year. There was nothing else but talk about dresses, shoes, colors etc etc. ... and afterwards the show off with pictures ... ARGH!

Sadly my experience is fairly limited and not as successful as you might think but, I had to do a project some time ago, and I was in a group full of girls.
After days spent trying to appear as macho and manly as possible, I realized that it just wasn't the right way. They can make you life hard if you're alone and "defenceless", you need to tolerate the cheesy talk and try to be super-friendly.
I was lucky though, since they were very hard-working and didn't force me to do all the job (maybe because they realized that if it were for me, deadlines would have never been met )

Female colleagues are the worst. I used to hear stories from others before I got my job and thought they were just being silly and sexist until I got my first job. Then it not only turned out to be true, but it turned out to be even worse than I expected:
- they back-stab ALL THE DAMN TIME. See, if I speak ill of a co-worker to a fellow male co-worker, he'll keep that to himself. If I do the same to a female co-worker, she'll tell on me! Note: they all speak ill of each-other ALL THE TIME and if you'd dare to tell on them as well, oh dear ... .
- they are two-faced - will often nod and then go behind your back to do the opposite.
- they have terrible work ethics - I'm yet to find a single female worker who is passionate about her job and doesn't simply treat it as a way to make money. While I don't expect everyone to be perfect workers, it does mean they often leave you to clean up their shit because, heck, they don't care. They screw up, they'll try to avoid responsibility instead of trying to make it so it doesn't happen again
- they're horrible at efficiency. This has actually been scientifically proven: women will find a way that works and they are comfortable with and stick with it. Men will find a way and then try to find an even better way, and another better way, and will adapt until they become more efficient. Women will also fight changes in their environment which they themselves haven't made (married men will confirm this) so if you have female co-workers and you want them to use a more efficient way of working ... good fucking luck.
Honestly, I switched jobs from where it was 3 men vs 4 women (and they did my head in) to a job where it's me vs 3 women and dear lord, without them it would be a brilliant job! With them, I've had loads of stress the past months because the constantly FUCK UP and blame ME!
True story today:
Our server has a faulty disk. Backup? None. None of the women there had any idea what a backup was and before I was hired, they had no-one else to do stuff like that. When they offered the server, they thought it was a bit expensive (because hey, their computer at home cost a third of that! Who knew servers would be costly) so they got the IT company to drop the price with $200 and in exchange, he removed two $150 SCSI drives *facepalms*. I discovered this when I called the IT company and complained saying "what idiot builds a server without any backup?" to which they replied "your co-workers didn't want any and you got compensated". I confront them with it, they all act as if it wasn't a big deal and used the excuse that they didn't know what a backup was for *facepalms*
So then, one of them starts to accuse me: "we've had that server for SIX years! You started working her 6 months ago and now it suddenly broke! It never broke when it was just us 3!" *facepalms more*
Think that's bad? It gets worse.
"I saw you hook up a new computer on Friday! I don't think it's a coincidence that the server suddenly has a faulty drive! It must have had a virus or something!" *bangs head on desk*
Note: the computer I "hooked up" was an old server which had some files I needed. This server was only given power, not network access, and it was ON THE OTHER SIDE OF THE BUILDING.
And then even better: they start bitching at ME for no work getting done because the server is down. And when I clearly state that it was a huge fuck up to not add any backup, they reply with "well why didn't you ADD a backup then when you came to work here if you know so much about it?". Yes, because I make it a habit of examining a server to see if it uses RAID when every damn server I ever used uses RAID as a backup system - THEY demanded the backup to be removed, not me. And heck, the server was not configured for RAID so it was impossible to just add drives and have them act as backups - if the drive had crashed, it would still have damaged the database because of the way the system is hooked between the two drives (they are two databases running in tandem).
See what I mean? And crap like that happens every day - several examples each day. Women ...
