Wow, how did I not know about the existence of this game? Maybe the console-only thing I guess. I love the theme/setting.

Will play for the story and visuals, but I hear it gets really abysmal when it turns into a derpified console RTS.

The game is well worth to play for the style, humor and visuals. Yes, the RTS part is a let down but I enjoyed it nevertheless.

But if I knew it will end up on PC eventually I would not have bought derpbox. Sad

i dunno. i mean im glad i didnt shun remedy and their very late support of the pc with alan wake, but is there any word on these guys going above and beyond in their pc release? or is it just another shoddy port.

because ill applaud a late but high quality port like alan wake, but shun shun shunnnnn late shitty ports.

i was initially VERY excited about the game, but when i found out it was console only, i kinda lost all interest to be honest...

The gameplay is on a similar level as Psychonauts, which had mediocre jump 'n' run mechanics at best.
People don't love Double Fine games for their gameplay...

Don't remember much of this game, but I do remember never finishing it.
It had nice artistic style and humour, but the gameplay was a little lacking.

I'll definetly try it again on the pc since the rts part always drove me nuts. Very Happy

I don't have any issues with it myself but so far all their games have had that 30 FPS frame-rate limit no?

Other than that though I've not had any problems with any of their games, nice of them to bring it to other systems.
(Via Steam or how it was.)

what worries me most is it might have 30fps cap like all other double fine pc games.

It's running on Brutal Engine so it's capped on 30fps. They won't do anything with it. They still didn't patched the Iron Brigade slow down issue on PC.

Not my type of game I guess... jack black also doesn't help.

And I really don't see the problem with people being happy with this Scratch Head
