Video games have to be restricted if they are 18+ so minors cant buy em BUT
TvShows, Movies etc. that get aired on TV have to be time restricted and are only allowed in a certain time frame.

Learn to read? Nintendo of Europe is based in Germany, so its entire service has to abide to Retardmany's laws.
I read that. Maybe it's just me but I don't see how downloading a 18 rated game from a different country which is on a different timezone is prohibited by German law.

I read that. Maybe it's just me but I don't see how downloading a 18 rated game from a different country which is on a different timezone is prohibited by German law.
Something with how since their company and services (Servers ?) are located in Germany it has to follow that country's regulations on this, unsure if that's a EU thing or just German law being quite harsh about mature content to minors, maybe both?
(Nintendo can't be pleased about it as it puts quite a limit on their e-shop in Europe though I don't really know how many mature titles there's currently available there, probably it will be expanded upon though but other publishers might be a bit vary about using it now that it has these limitations.)
