Those messages are usually from IRC channels so most people won't be able to access such information (Might be a few lower-grade public channels though.)

As for the release itself, generally it appears on some FTP somewhere and is then spread via stuff like UseNet and P2P technology.

And no, you can't request the actual release on these forums, same with cracks and mini-images. Smile

EDIT: Kommando was a bit faster.

Yeah.... nowadays I think manufacturing and packaging 3cds is even more expensive than a single dvd....

However, getting the game now, played first 2 episodes on good old PSX and they were great.... hope this 3rd installment maintains the same quality...

disk 2 and 3 only have data .cab files on them so if u wanted to burn a dvd the install should work just creating a new iso and adding the data files

*not tested*

Mouse behaved a bit weird so I started editing the INI file, also found a few other lines of interest. (Note that I did not change the default INI in the game directory.)

waterReflection = Yes (Was No , Turns water reflections to realtime.)
water = High (Was Medium , better water quality.)
vSync = None (Was Default , no VSync.)
shadows = Soft (Was Yes , better shadow quality.)
pp_depth = yes (Was no , enables a depth of field effect.)

There's a few other options as well but with everything else set to maximum via the ingame options I didn't see a need to alter those, game looks quite good albeit this laggy/jerky mouse movement makes it near unplayable.

EDIT: Fixed mouse behavior by increasing sensitivity via the above INI file from 50 to 100

JBeckman, i don't see any of those things you edited in the INI file except for pp_depth ....
Should i assume you have created your own INI file or have found another one somewhere else? Confused
I'm asking mainly because the mouse irritates me of its slow speed.... Sad

I meant the INI in the "Docments and settings/UserName/My Games" (Or Users/Username/Appdata/Roaming/ for Vista)

It contains a quite a few options compared to the default INI in the game directory, just set the ingame options then tweak them from the INI, it's well commented so it's no problem understanding what the options do. Smile
