I live a harold and kumar life as it is, cant get much more stoned than I already am. its just ridicilous that shit like that has to take near 4 months, its not like it seems to be a practical thing either, building isnt that old(nearing 40 years I think).
so they have 4 people working for 4 months... instead of just putting 20 or 25 people on the job and having it done in a week or 2>_>
first world problems I know, but damn I understand how sound can be a valid torture method now for sure

they cant see me from my balcony, only the 150ish people facing me on the other side of the building can lol. theres not much I can do except get some better earplugs I guess.
Gonna write a letter to the corp that rents it to me. its a state corporation kinda thing(not sure how to explain) asking for discount on my rent lol.. This is student housing, they cant just do this for 4 months(prolly an exam week somewhere in there too) and just think its ok.

Worst thing that can happen here in the countryside are the infamous "cats in love" sounds.  (fortunately they're very rare)
