I have bought a second hand copy of Battlefield 3, which doesn't include an online pass...

I've been doing some research, and it seems that there is nothing stopping me finding someone who trusts me, and then getting them to change their password, logging into their account under a different PS3 profile, downloading stuff such as the online pass, premium DLC etc and then signing out again. Apparently it's then usable in my own profile, assuming I don't delete the profile I just used to download it.

The other party then changes there password and BOOM, safe.

Anyone tried it? Are there any sites out there that people trade this kind of thing?

Yes, I do it all the time and it's safe.

check out cheapassgamer, here you can get Far Cry 3 for less than 20$, etc for example Smile

But you can only buy, people would hardly ever trade their legit account so if you are looking for a BF3 online pass, you are kinda screwed. People hardly ever gameshare online passes since PSN version of these games already include them (and BF3 PSN via gamesharing is really cheap).
