I am not sure if I will be changing my phone right now, but I want to start looking around.
Galaxy note or note 2 both look awesome.
Same with Galaxy S2 and S3.
But are all a bit too expensive.
What about some sony gear? Like Sony Xperia S ?
I mainly want it to be sturdy, have big/enormous screen, fast, good camera (with flashlight)

Manufacturing process could be cheap(er) and it's really hard to install a custom ROM on Sony (only tried on X8 and X10, tho, things might have changed).
If you're willing to spend the money on it, it should be a bang for the buck. But try a ZTE Grand X In, it's got an Intel Atom and while it's just 200 euros, I found it extremely powerful (~11000 score in AnTuTu, S4 Dual Cores usually get around 8-k).
If you can get a Nexus 4 from Google Play, GET IT. It is THE shit. Hardware-wise, the phone is the latest. Or an HTC One X, get Jelly Bean on it and it'll outrun an S3. It's also very sturdy and better built than the S3. It also won't shatter when dropped on the ground.
If you want something close to the Xperia S, either get that, or look for HTC One S. Or Acer Cloudmobile (it's the same phone) which runs AOSP (standard Android).
There's a lot of phones to choose from. I would also recommend the Galaxy Nexus, the SAMOLED HD screen is pretty great.

good phone good screen good android version good processor.
not so expensive as Sams GIII, but its good enough for me.

Have you tried looking at Ebay, for auctions of the Notes/Galaxies?
If you are patien and lucky, you can get it cheap there !

Only good fair prices on first note. Second is expensive.

The first one ain't so bad either, you know...the S2 chipset still is pretty great, imo.

If we are talking about s2 then galaxy s2 is also quite possible.
Tho I want good camera and readed that best cameras are in note and xperia phones ?

The note camera has the same sensor as the S line of phones. Also, the Note 1 has the same chipset as Galaxy S2

No, it won't be. It is slightly overclocked and it runs extremely fine. Also, yeah, look into an Xperia S or HTC One S, or hell, even an HTC One X, the Note is too big for my tastes and I need big screens due to my sausage fingers, but that is just too big. The HTC One X seems perfect for me, but alas, I got a special offer for it.

). S2 is designed overall much better, feels also better. Not to mention, its screen color reproduction is better than S3, because of the Amoled+. S3 has just advantage with higher 1280x720 resolution (normal Amoled screen, not +).
