Proper Ubuntu phones are promised to be out in early 2014, but the company has a number of demo phones out here in London and downloadable images of the development platform will be available for the Galaxy Nexus over the next couple of weeks. That's the only officially supported device for now, which Canonical expects developers to be working on as they start fleshing out the ecosystem. |

 at the standard Apple-esque crap video.
That said, like with webOS there's a bunch of good ideas in there which both iOS and Android should pick up on. I just doubt it'll really ever kick off. |

That's a matter of opinion I guess; two of my colleagues who think Apple is the holy grail of everything and say even Win7 is butt ugly love it though 
I don't like the looks of it, but some of the UX is absolutely brilliant.

Well, considering their "apps" are basically packaged HTML5 shits, who cares if there is a store or not. Open the browser, visit a www, there's your "app".
