so i ordered a barebones for a decent price ..$300 for a 3.4 amd 64,mobo cas 350 watt psu, and some other ram and dvd drives. well while putting it together...the fucking processor was fucked...now i gotta wait like 2 weeks more to even get something that might work. first time ordering from them and never agian ordering from them. FUCK TIGER DIRECT!

they're sending you a replacement, ask for compensation its not as though your paying over the top prices for it. it's a bargain anyway.

Fucked as in damaged during shipping? Or fucked as in you opened the properly shipped package, and it wasnt working. If you choose either of these as your reason to why it was fucked, its not tiger directs fault in either case.

fucked as in it was faulty, it was shipped properly and handeled properly...was just a bad chip...I just hate waiting for replacement Sad

It's not exactly their fault. I mean, 1 out of every X chips ships faulty, it's not like they fucked your chip up on purpose, just a run of bad luck for you and them. At least they shipped you the replacement without problem. The real problem here is canada.

Ive used tigerdirect b4 without any problems and There is a store near me that I started shoppin at. The prices are great and Ive become very happy that they are within driving distants.
Faulty chip cant be their fault, aint liek they open and test each and every chip. If your having rebate problems call them and see what they say Im sure they will help you out.

I heard nothing but bad things about tiger direct. But tons of my co-workers always order from them. I compared prices, and always find cheaper prices elsewhere such as newegg and others. I dont know, but at least they should mail u a new chip overnight and then allow u to return the bad one within 30 days. 2 weeks is unacceptable.
