Is there a way I can limit the number of inbound/outbound connections a port can use? Is there a program for windows that can do this?

I know you are trying to help out, but this isn't even an application, it's a crude crack, changing TCPIP.SYS , a system file. Not safe at all !!!

Additionally, it obviously affects the connections of all applications using tcp/ip, and can't be configured for a specific port or only one application.

It is useful only if one encounters frequent EventID 4226 problems.

Is there anything I can use to do this then? Or could I just limit the transfer speed upload/download on a port? Is there any application that can do that?
