Pagan Online is a fast-paced hack-and-slash action RPG that will challenge your skill in brutal and satisfying combat against countless enemies and larger than life bosses. Master all heroes, each with their own unique playstyle, solo or online for greater challenges and greater rewards.

Out of early access for two days now. 25 EUR on Steam but cheaper on Wargaming store (I paid ~9 EUR, seems to be region-dependant).
they launched same day as wow classic , maybe people played while in queue rofl, but doubtfull, this game is a stillborn as the idiots launched early acces withour multiplayer ... when they have 'online' in their title ... , just brainles devs tbh
i actually think wargaming has a contract with them where they get to buy the companie if the game fails, and letting it fail on purpose allows them to acquire the ip dirt cheap or something shady like that, cause holy fuck this game has super little pr and streams and nothing going for it
just look for cheap keys or trades on the forum, they gave every early acces buyer an extra free copy when they lowered the price of the game in early acces . Its not a mobile game, its like a 5-10 euro single plyer time killer like torchlight one
but be prepared for massive instancing and teleporting back no forth and it feels like a free to play game turned into pay to play at the last minute. They would have had a chance free to play, but wargaming said fuck that shit, pay mofos!
I've been playing this for two days already (currently at the end of act 1 of 8 ). This is essentially Battlerite with quests, the combat is top-notch (for me), but the interface is rather confusing and overwhelming, and most drops are shit (but according to Steam forums, they are working on it).
There are no large zones as in Diablo, you essentially grind through the small variations of a thematic zone (e.g. icy fortress, swamp forest etc), and you unlock other features through progress (item vendor, crafting, ability tree upgrades etc). Beside quest chain, there are also side missions of several types which gets unlocked over time.
The combat is fun and it will keep me playing for a while, but obviously this will need more patching to get everything polished.
Since the launch of Pagan Online, Wargaming and Mad Head Games have been working to ensure the best possible gaming experience. Unfortunately, over the last year, it has become clear that supporting Pagan Online as a multiplayer game is no longer sustainable.
To ensure the continuity of our game, we will be converting Pagan Online from multiplayer to single player. This will happen on August 4, when the multiplayer servers will be switched off.

Moving forward, we want to make sure that the Pagan Online community is cared for, and that the game remains available for players to enjoy. To ensure this, we have come to an agreement with Mad Head Games to maintain Pagan Online as single-player experience hosted on Steam. Mad Head Games will also be taking over daily operations for Pagan Online and be your contact for technical support for the foreseeable future.
On August 4, 2020, a Steam update will make Pagan Online into a single-player game.
As a thank you for playing Pagan Online, Wargaming would like to offer you a set of gifts: 7 days of Premium Account and one vehicle from each of our major games will be added to your Wargaming.net accounts shortly after the August 4 patch. If you bought a copy of Pagan Online via Wargaming.net Game Center, you will receive a Steam key inviting you to the new version by email on August 4.
At the time of this announcement, Pagan Online is no longer available for purchase on Wargaming.net. Steam purchases are also turned off until the single-player patch goes live.
I never did try this game, there was time when I was looking for a Diablo-like experience and saw this, but something bothered me and I just added it to my wishlist. (replayed Titan Quest Anniversary Edition instead )
Looks like the development went through some tough times, I don't think I will try this one now tbh.
wont even bother to add coop support via lan or whatever, fuck those guys
yet another wargaming fail, like seriously in the last 8 years since warships, all they new projects have been utter faillures they had to close (total war online, pagan) or give away for free (this civ in space remake)
meanwhile world of tanks players are being milked dry to the bone while no new maps or features are being released and massively delayed
and ofcourse they now working on some shooter derp game that is already a stillborn too roflol , doomed company
anyone still have a spare key to trade for other steam/origin games ? some free ships and tanks always welcome in my collections
