Spykez, This one perhaps? Just watched some of his dvds last weekend this skit came closest, havent watched all of him though

But you did; its an ongoing joke that Williams steals his jokes - hell it dates back to Johnny Carson's Tonight Show. Back then comedians would stop performing when they saw him in the crowd.
