Accidentally posted my probs in the xbox thread. My burns mostly wont load at all, but when they do they are terrible during cut scenes and any music, manage to score 1 goal (the only time it fully loaded and I did a quick match) before I couldn't play on due to the replay stalling and fucking up.
Can anyone help me? Wasted 3/4 discs on this already. Rebuild the iso, I'd also like to know how to do this... ta.

take your ps2 apart (easy) and give the lens a clean... then use dvd +r discs and burn at x4 speed (-r can suffer from slow loading making games like San Andreas unplayable)

Are all of you using a swap method? If so you can forget a repack. Groups never do repacks just to get swap to work.
I haven't tried this yet on my machin with a real chip, so I cant tell if it's a faulthy release or if it only fucks up on swap machines. My guess is that it's the swap method that fucks up and not the release since it haven't been nuked anywhere.

oh, im not sure, i always bought ridisc, first the violet ones, made by ritek, but now the new ridisc are green, and in the store they told me that ritek is not doing any more ridisc, now it's verbatim. I also burned those dvd's, gta, mercenaries and all in ridisc and they work fine. The trick is to burn them at 2x, i already did that in this 8x ridisc, and it's the same, after the playstation2 screen, it stays black and the console makes some funny noises, but nothin appears on the screen.
