When I try to start the game i get an error message that says that the program can't be started because it couldn't find "msvcr71.dll" file, what does it mean? because I had it before so I installed that file and another .dll file that the program claimed missing when I installed the .dll mentioned above. but the program still didn't work... does anybody have any idea what to do?how to solve my problem?

Did you get the update to 2.3 or did you download the whole game. If you've downloaded the full game you'll have to delete all previous installs of the said game. Uninstall it using the uninstall program then go to the folder that it was put in and delete the folder. If that doesn't work get back to me.
