I have Gran Turismo 4 Prologue by Confusion and my Pal to Ntsc converters seem to fail every time. When I apply the patch, the game boots fine, and the first menu loads normally. After that, I get the traditional problem like I'm playing PAL on my tv, everything is black and white and i get the "lines"
I use the latest Swap Magic DVD boot disks, and I haven't had any problems converting pal to ntsc in the past, I know sometimes there might be a problem with the y-fix but I tried not using that and I still can't play.
It appears as if the only thing being patched is the very first loading screen and nothing else
Just in case this helps, I somehow managed to "play" the game and managed to start a license test run and I had full control of the car, just it is IMPOSSIBLE to play PAL on NTSC
