Hey All I was an early adopter of the xbox and have the Enigmah beta chip. Up until the recent rls's by WAM 95% of my games ran fine and the odd ones that weren't signed I could just patch. However, with Cold Fear (c) Darkworks REPACK PAL FULLDVD and Brothers in Arms (c) Ubisoft FULLDVD PAL WAM both have xbe's in DEBUG STATE. The Enigmah won't boot any xbe's in debug state. Please refer to: http://www.xbox-scene.com/bios_retail.html and check entry five 'debug.xbe'. Basically, I get a boot freeze at the logo. I was wondering is there any way to patch for xbe's in debug state? My xbox is a PAL 2002 model with a Thompson drive, its dashboard is original and all the internal hardware is deault. TwoBells

The Enigmah boots 98% of all games, just not the recent WAM ones.

dont be so tightfisted if you dont want to splash out on a decent x3 then get a cheap mod with a decent bios installed. Razz

Nah I went for X3 and a 200gb drive, might as well do it right Hopefully now I can boot the new WAM rls's! TB

jesus, you're an idiot shelling out for that stuff! all you needed was a little .exe file that you use and drag the xbe file into and you can patch the games yourself I do it all the time instead of waiting for some group to claim they did shit loads of work by releasing a FIXED XBE!!! OMGZORZ!!!!!! my little app is called "dev to retail patcher.exe" it's probably nicked from the K but I like it

or simply use Xiso to patch, worked with all debug releases for me. Greetz

Thats crazy If I try to desolder my excuter 1 I might ruin the xbox, thats stupid advice
