A couple of my friends got XP Titanium running and it looks fuckin nice but i need more info's on it like can i install it on the XP i have right now to prevent a formating? And if you have usefull links on Titanium please post them here.

As far as I call tell this is simply a hacked up version of XP pro that is some what incomplete:

I would recomend using a skining program to add a similar effect.

Well when i tried to change the way XP look in the past i always had to run a 3rd party program for that...and it sucks
