Re: Kessen III (c) KOEI *NTSC* *FULLDVD* *DVD9* PROTOCOL
Hey All
I use the Verb dual layer dvd+r for burning my movies and after seeing the Kessen DVD5 rip decided I'd like to give burning the DVD9 rls a go.
I use DVD-Decrypter for my DVD9 burning and burnt the image at 1x.
However, on boot I get thrown back to the browser.....
On examining the disk I can see all the data and folder structures are correct (having read the .iso) yet the disk won't boot.
What am I doing wrong?
I believe that dual layer disks only come in DVD+R format so how do you burn a PS2 dvd9?
(or was it purely for uploading to a ps2 hard drive, and if so why wasn't it mentioned in the NFO?)
Many thanks in advance
TB

As far as I know, dual layer games cannot be burned on a DVD-9 as the PS2 has problems with the second layer.

So, the Kessen III rls was just for people to load onto their hard drives?
If so thats just great, thanks for the NFO info Protocol!
Thanks very much to you though for the advice.

I like loading the games onto a hd to play. Dvd9 burning has caused me nothing but problems when I try to play them in my ps2.
