Quantum Rush is an action packed futuristic online racing game, a special genre that had been neglected for far too long. Now, Quantum Rush takes over!

Be prepared for

- a comprehensive system to modify and improve your racer
- various racers with special capabilities depending on the manufacturer
- gigantic race tracks on both the earth and in space
- high speed races beyond breaking the sound barrier
- gun fights with mounted weapons and collectable pickups on the race tracks

Never heard of this game before and didn't play it but the video looks nice. I found out about this game because I got a closed beta invite back in January and I didn't notice it, lmao xD...

Looks fucking ACE! I'm not keen on, nor interested in, the "free to play MMO" one.. so I'll just hold out for the Kickstarted SP/story/MP/offline version instead Very Happy Thanks though, definitely loved Wipeout and this looks really good Very Happy

Pey, i was just about to ask you about the name of this game on your FB page Very Happy (ups, im stupid, the album is tittled Quantum Rush Very Happy)
Look cool Smile Anyone tried it now when it's in more stable state?

Edit:

I've played a little, but unfortunately don't like it tbh. It feels boring, mostly because sensation of speed is just not there, it feels slow :/ And ping is over 200 in Europe; for me at least.

One thing that's nice with Wipeout is that the ships design is awesome

They are ugly as fuck in this :$ well, IMO according to the video posted above.

It hasnt improved much since closed beta Sad gfx are decent(ish) but controls dont feel right. Even Wipeout XL/2097 had better handling Sad

Quantum Rush: Champions announced!

Quote:
If you loved Wipeout then this is just the game for you! Quantum Rush : Champions is an action packed futuristic racing game, where you race past opponents at break neck speeds, collecting dangerous power ups, and beating the opposition to the finishing line. Even though the original multi-player of Quantum Rush did appear on Steam as a Steam Greenlight success, many asked if a single player version was ever to be released. Sure enough, the developers GameArt Studio have announced through Kickstarter and Steam Greenlight the latest version that will feature an intensely fast paced action packed single player campaign.
