So with the old legacy bios, when you changed the value on the voltage, it would show you what the new voltage value would be. I'm not seeing it on my bios (yes it's updated.)

I change it, and go back to the screen where it shows voltage and it still shows the stock.

As long as you're in UEFI/BIOS it's running at stock. It's not until after you boot that the settings change.

With UEFI settings things get both easier and more complicated since you can use offset-values for CPU voltage. But as far as I remember I/you didn't see any change on the monitor page for voltage either since the PC was running at default while in BIOS and wouldn't apply any settings until you booted for real.
