This game is RPM Tuning, CD1 Name is RPM Tuning and the menu in the game is the same like the demo!
Also the Dirname in the installation is Babylon Software and this is the developer from RPM Tuning

gnite your engine for a nitro-burning showdown. Enter the streets after midnight to take on the toughest urban dragsters. It’s about the car, it’s about the speed, but most of all it’s about respect. Rocket through the city to rule the night streets. Make your car rock with custom paint, engine enhancements, ground effects and sound systems. Fatten your wallet with every win and pump the cash back into your ride. 'Dis the law out-and-out-maneuver cops determined to bust up your race. Rocket into the night behind the wheel of 10 supercharged dragsters. Radical new camera angles change how you race— check out the mini hood, fender, wheel and wing cams.
hahaha this one beats NFSU 1 & 2 all the way!

A two CD ValuSoft game? That's when you know game sizes are starting to get inflated.
