if you're talking about the present stars not including past greats like platini, cryuff, pele maradonna etc. id say.........
Lampard - Just consistent Razz
Sam Williamson - He's my m8 and plays for manchester city. he's going to be big i tell ya Wink
I admire Ronaldinho's skill but as a person i dont admire him Smile so hes not on my list...
Roy keane - He's still got it Wink
Gattuso - I've thought he was great even back in the rangers days Smile
Rio Ferdinand/John Terry - Hard to decide who's the best defender out of these 2 but im quite confident these are 2 of the best in the world Very Happy (maldini is amazing and in his prime he was by far better but now he's slowly degrading Wink)
That's about it for now Razz

Yeah but still noone comes close to him. He's the only player of recent times to put himself up there with the likes of Maradona and Pele. These type of players only come around every 15-20 years.

Maybe not but he's close. Some think he's more skillful than Maradona or Pele although they are better players overall.

one to look out for - Zlatan Ibrahimovic ( some prolific goals in his ajax days )

Wonder why Riordan can't get a game for scotland . EPL always get priority . doesn't matter if you warm the bench....

Nowadays we see flares but being thrown at players, like the last accident at Inter stadium.

That's the footbal of our age.

I was thrown out of college for cheating on the metaphysics exam; I looked into the soul of the boy next to me.

Zidane is the best, no doubt. Best ball control...

Ronaldinho has some amazing skills but he loses the ball too often. Ronaldo was an amazing player, especially in his Barcelona and early Inter years.. but then the injuries came, he got fat and arrogant, and now he's playing at Real Madrid...
