I got this same release the 3.8gig by genius, but i can't take it off my dump until i get off work. can some one tell me if it works on hdloader. i wont be home for the next 6 hours.

Good game... works fine on Matrix Infinity. I'm on my first two hours of play. The controls are surprisingly good and much better than Demon Stone. For bosses you end up having to simultaineously press a button sequence, atleast the ones in the early stages.

No, why would it? Its DVD 5. Its not dual layered like DVD 9. They ripped the bonus movies. Everything else is there on the full DVD. Dont ask me but I seriouslly doubt that bonus movies take up that much space. There had to be someone else ripped... like dummy files to. All they did was take the PS2 game and rip the bonus movies in order to fit it on a DVD 5. Thats 3.54 GB atleast rar size. As far as the HD Loader goes, no I havent tried that. I just write it to a DVD, than play. From what I can see people still asking if it runs because its a DVD 9 game. Now its a DVD 9 game that fits on a DVD 5. Only question is I heard that the bonus content didnt needed to be ripped... that you can just delete the dummy files in order to take out all that space.
BTW... some updates. Once you beat the game you cant carry over your stats to the next difficulty level. To me, it would of been better that way if you could. But you cant.

Game still hangs starting at Pandora's Temple... where on original game it looks to seecond layer.....
So don't bother with it for now..... at least a rips about now if they can just fix the whole layer transition

ridata dvd-r....
i know what im testing cause i tested a DL copy of my retail yesterday hangs at same point... looking for second layer....
so ya you get a nice few hour dvd-r demo

I'm using Memorex DVD-R
Well if it somehow hangs in the game, I'll report it. Up to now nothing. I've had problems with hang times before. Mainly with Fight Night Round 2. I've tried like every week to make new copies and within a week the release would freeze up until I used Memorex and write at 2x

yea, ok now our only hope is that guy's rip, he said he would upload it in ca. 4 hrs when he gets home so i take it he has already tested it and it works.

this is so damn annoying cant these ppl test it properly before releasing?
i m pretty sure some of em already finished the original and hence have the save files.
so they could just like test it with 3 ppl, each of them starts playing at another third of the game so they d be done in less than 4 hrs.
and this is their first dvd9 rips as said in the nfo, if it was me i d make 100% sure my first try at something new actually works by testing it properly.

Man soo it seems we will have to keep waiting.. but is pandora's temple an early part in the game or later in the game.
