A shame, BF2 has so much potential...

Isn't it the whole concept of the game?

Yeah sure, I just hope they don't change it more toward the "can only shoot can't think at all" idiot kiddies.

i hope they figure out a good way for adding multiplayer to it.
though i have a feeling there wont be any, and if there will be it will be limited to what you can do in SP.

Looks awessssommmee. The visual style is kickass and the music really brings it to life, and I always liked tomb raider/pop jumping puzzles, should be good in first person.

although i have to say it looks impressive, i hope the whole running around on top of skyscrapers and jumping/sliding/etc won't get repetitive => boring.

EA could have a gem on their hands, it's up to them to not botch this one up.

must be for 12 yr olds seeing how the place you have to go is either RED, Blue or Yellow?

Looks different but it seems it might get really boring really fast

Looks really great. Running across roof tops was fun in Assassin's Creed, can't go wrong with that here.

About the colours: I read in a magazine that the colours will be used to guide you through the levels, i.e. red means climbable. Maybe it can be disabled or is only there on easy or early levels?!

There's a huge review in the latest Games-TM .. and they're apparently more readily in the first levels, starting to taper off as the game continues, becoming less and less "in your face"

Oh yeah, this game looks awesome!

Coolest-looking first-person game ever.

It's about time. I'm really burnt out on run-and-gun conventions.

Correcting people since 2007 even if they're not wrong.

At some point she grab a shotgun, I guess you can run around with guns and shoot as every other first person shooters do, not that there's anything wrong with that Smile. I just want the game to be as smooth and good as it look in this marketing trailer.

In the magazines it said that carrying a gun has mayor downsides. You can only do basic movements, not really climb and so on. And you can't pick up ammo or so, you are limited to what you get from enemies, who mostly only have a few shots in their guns.

That is really good IMO. They do integrate some action, but hopefully won't let it take the upper hand. I am tired of all the standard FPS, this could be something really cool Smile

Hoping it can be, because that looks like an annoying feature.

As stated, they're trying to seriously tone down the gun combat in this game. It's an option, but it carries consequences.

Maybe it'll be like condemned, you have firearms but you don't get to shoot them that often.
I want the damn full track they used in the trailer, it's sooo goood!
