I was debating on it but really, I like the cheaper price vs extra production cost. 80 bucks + free 2 day shipping. I'm solid on it Smile

What?! No Numpad?! How could you even consider such a blasphemous piece of hardware? I'm disappointed SpykeZ!

Numpad is essential to me just wouldn't feel right not having them. Wanted a Ducky Shine II and the browns are sold out everywhere so now I have to wait for the Shine III...

Ya I don't really use them though. Once in a great while. If I really start missing it I'll just buy an external.

I fail to see what you're laughing about? Or you going on with the usual no idea what you're talking about so lets troll about it like you usually do.

I'm laughing at the price for that peace of hardware. I thought that was fairly clear. To explain it further to me that idea is absurd, since I can type, play and do everything else imaginable on the cheap 20 keyboard (I use decent wireless one that goes for 50 but bought for 15, and it has a numberpad). Also you must be confusing me with someone else, since I don't troll.

I hate that clicking sound those keyboards produce :S

Give me nice silent laptop like keyboard and I'm happy Very Happy My next one will be Logitech Illuminated Smile But it's a pricey one, so until my current one breaks, no new cool keyboard for me...

That one looked pretty nice, I'll probably stick to Logitech for now though since that keeps driver install simpler.
(Only one software needed for both the keyboard and mouse.)

Never used a mechanical keyboard though but that's probably what the next one will be depending on price and such. Very Happy

I know, but i don't mind spending quite some amounts on peripherals, as long as it's working flawless for quite some time (which my G19 is Wink ).

Unlike Razer products, within 1 year, 3x a Naga mouse that had severe issues and had to return (Not the last one, it saw the wall up close Very Happy )

The G710+ or what it's called is mechanical though I'd imagine it's also really expensive much like many of their other "G" series products. Smile
(Or any brand really, ASUS ROG for another popular example.)

EDIT: Seems so, though the g19 is still the more expensive product, or at least the (s) version whatever that indicates. (It's blue!)

Well I use my numpad maybe once a week and backlight is irritating. I know where my keys are, I don't need them shining to tell me where anything.

80 for a mechanical is the best you can do unless you buy an IBM one from the 80's.

By the way SpykeZ, you'll never again get to play Sid Mier's Pirates! (2004 remake), as that uses the Numpad exclusively to control the entire game.

Just thought I'd throw that out there! Very Happy

I used to like it when gaming in teh dark for a few years because I was still getting used to my keyboard but since then, it just irritates me more than anything, plus they generally use a coating on clear key to make it shine through and it wears off, bleh
