My video card kind of died on me ( before schedule, as i've wanted to upgrade this year ). So i need to chose one of those rather cheap cards for now. Open to suggestions, as i'm not sure what to chose. 7850 seems like a winner, but ATI/AMD used to be not so great on the drivers side.

Any help it's appreciated.

7850 every step of the way Smile However! If you're going for a 78xx, I'd strongly recommend stretching to a 7870XT. It's the Tahiti LE and pretty much sits between 7870 and 7950 in terms of performance -- whilst retaining an excellent price. What's your budget?

~edit~

200 euro top, as a budget, hence my limited choices. The LE is in my country with at least 20 euro over the budget and right now i'm tight with money as i'm preparing to move again.

Where are you shopping? €200 will get you a 7870XT easily if you shop around Smile

Well, shop around at places that ship to where you live and I'm fairly certainly you'll find an XT for €200 or thereabouts though I guess it depends on the availability and popularity >_<

Ah, I only just saw this. Damn.. sorry Neutral Well, that's a shame but don't worry, the 7850 is still the better choice instead of a 650ti.

Get the XT, its awesome card for the price. Its cut down version of 7950, easily reaches to its speed when overclocked.
