I thought so initially (Another group of old games released as freeware.) but I can't find a confirmation so I guess it's "abandonware" for a lack of better term, it seems to be the games bundled with a pre-configured DOSBox runtime (or emulator.) as a single launcher for making things as simple to setup as possible.
