70 Fucking GBs ive downloaded, so im testing it, liked it, started playing a lot, then next day i find that after installing more expansions, the game starts to lag and freeze, the sims freeze on the spot but the game and animations keep going. Googled and its a wiiiiide problem, EA never fixed it nor addressed it.

Nice going EA, a millionare series with a game killing performance that has remained for years. Psff.

Also had around 50gb of Sims 3 last year, and yes, more expansions, lags as shit, errors etc...it's not that stable with all craps installed.

Who still installs crap EA games? They make money off mupets buying FIFA each year and just plow that money into other crap games which they release prematurely.

I mean, I downloaded fifa98 a gazillion years ago. When I go to my friends house and we play the new FIFA, it literally takes me 5 minutes to adapt to the new game. I mean, if you can play a new game with 5 minutes of practice there's not a lot of innovation. Let's be honest, with 100 people working on the FIFA game, how long does it take to update the shirts and names of all the teams?

I mean, they used to have such good/innovative games, i.e. Simcity, Need for Speed, The Sims. And what are they making now? Medal Of Honor, Battlefield, Command and Conquer, Simcity 1000, The Sims 1000, Need for Speed 100. I mean, i played the last need for speed. It's just the same as the game of 5 years ago. Did not add new functionalities, just updated tracks and cars... I mean, come on. I played new SimCity, game crashed all the time, could not get it to run smoothly. And Fifa, well I am still playing a 5 yr old version now and then. Command and Conquer, a new one? Let me guess. Just updated graphics and then some nice cutscenes, but gameplay, just completely the same.

I mean, I am not going to pay top dollars for some updated crap each year.

I mean, how long can you capitalize on a single franchise?

This one is hilarious btw... What can differ in a fucking golf game? I mean, you swing, and swing again. I guess the degrees of freedom in gameplay are limited.... yet, a new game each year? Do they even change things in it? Change the number of pixels per tree leaf or something? I guess the number of locations in the PGA tour are limited and relatively similar year over year...

No, no, I guess I will spend my money on real innovative games. 5 releases in 20 years, rather than 20 in 10 years. Some expansions now and then with real innovations. Civilization rox!, pre-ordered my expansion. Btw, Civilization expansions cost 20$, bought original V on Steam with New year, 70% discount. everything with downloadable expansions for 30$ i think. That's nice pricing, rather than 50-60 each year again for some golf game, djeezes...

Very Happy Well theres a mod called NRAAS, it checks the sims 3 background for stuck pets, sims, dupe vehicles etc.... and so far it has fixed the lag for me.

No fucking wonder this game performs like shit, the pets roam and generate a LOT, each night the mod deletes like 50 pets that get stuck or without routes, 8500 vehicles (nice code there ea....) 30-40 stuck or unroutable sims etc...

Cant imagine what the common user would do if they spent 500 US on this shit just to find that it will lag and freeze no matter what pc they have. Rolling Eyes
