Hello.
I need help for finding the name of a classic hunting game. Basically it was FPS styled and you were running around and blasting the heads off bug-eyed rabbits and deer, while the "hunter" was making smart-ass comments.
It had more animated than realistic look and as far as I remember there were some Christmas editions. If i'm not mistaking it was released around 2000-2002.

I remember there being chickens and stuff in it, Rabbits too (IIRC)
According to Wikipedia it also had a deer hunting spin off.
But feck me, it also had .. dum de dum...

I know it's not the game you're looking for, but i remember really enjoying Deer Avenger. Killing them rednecks for sport while playing as Rambo-Deer of the forest. Fucking hilarious
nah, unfortunately its not Redneck Rampage. but i'll look into it . looks fun.
the game i'm looking for was definitely a hunting game, but it was far from a simulator. you were running around in woods and there were cutesy rabbits and deer. if you manage to shoot the rabbits in the head the whole head got blown off, while with the deer it was only half of the skull. if you manage to score a headshot the hunter would say something like "fuck yeah" or "got the little fucker". there were also bears, but as far as I remember you don't want to piss off the bears .
the whole game was drawn in cartoon-ish style and in the Christmas editions the action was in the winter and the animals had red christmas hats.
It was a "hack and slash" style game (I think no skill points or char dev)
You could select a skeleton as a playable character.
It is topdown or isometric view.
It's from 2000-2004 or so.
It has splitscreen mode.
It is on 1CD. (bin/cue 14.3MB )
Not "casual" well known game. So not : diablo, sacred, get medieval, etc

I'm having the same fun I had 14 years ago and back then I didn't even had a PC of my own.
Another thing - this game owns the most satisfying grenade launcher ever! The way it blasts the dear into pieces while creating craters from the explosion - priceless!
