Like the title says, I had to swap to a shitty ISP when moving apartments because the old one couldn't supply it here (No problems with them over 5 years) and now this shit is breaking connection every frickin day, might work for few hours and then in 30 minutes it breaks down 3-4 times, the light in the modem goes off so I would assume the problem is somewhere beyond the walls of my apartment.

So any idea what I could use to automaticly note down the times everytime internet traffic stops?
Just to show how shitty it truly is.
