Did the kangaroo steak has a mini-steak inside when you cut it?

Turns out Horror is Bear Grylls
But no human flesh? I've heard it tastes like a mix between pig and chicken.

Yeah I ate horse meat last year (had low iron, and the doctor kinda recommended it to me), it wasn't that bad with some spices and some salad. It's pretty easy to find here, too.

Reindeer is best cooked in small thin cuts (we call it 'renskav') and fried in butter and then with some cream, onions, fresh chanterelles, chopped parsnip, junipers and some salt and pepper, with a huge chunk of buttered mash and cranberry jam.
When made by a decent northener, the taste is fricken awesome. Our version of kebab.
Yes, yes I'm back.
Somewhat.

I had reindeer and kangaroo for christmas last year.
I bought a haunch of reindeer and a Rump of the roo and both were great.
Maybe whomever cooked the Reindeer had not done it before, I do mine rare and never had it overly chewy wherever in steaks or a roast, but I will admit I have only done it a handful of times.
Maybe you got the fat one Sanata left behind

Ouch, quite strange though. Usually that meat doesn't have particularly bad smell Maybe they served him one of those cheap sick horses that can't walk anymore
@xxax: I will next time that I'll follow that diet again. For now, I'm good with the regular steak.
